Description German: Diese Ferienunterkunft für 4-6 Personen befindet sich nur 20 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt in Barbat auf der Insel Rab. Die 60 m² große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses unterteilt sich in zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne), ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Esszimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Im Außenbereich erwartet Sie eine teilweise überdachte, möblierte Terrasse mit Meerblick und Grillmöglichkeit. Des Weiteren steht Ihnen eine Außendusche im Garten und Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Bootsurlauber können einen Bootsliegeplatz für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthaltes mit anmieten. Barrierefreiheit Diese Unterkunft ist auch teilweise für Rollstuhlfahrer(innen) geeignet. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen kleinen Absatz (ca 10-15 cm). Von der Terrasse aus in den Garten gibt es mehrere Stufen. Der Garten ist aber auch über den Eingangsbereich zu erreichen. Der davorliegende Strand ist einfach zu erreichen und eine Rampe führt ins Wasser.
